Office..

BACK TO WORK!!
I was very happy that I was going to join office after a long time , since I was vetti for a long while.My office remained the same and I could the see smile on the peoples face. The words that I hate in office are release,bench,billable or VPP/Lay-off, But I had to listen more to these words since I was in the "S" company . I could not see people being layed-off, as when I think of myself in that position I feel horrible. Why Lay off... company is basically gettting to stabilize themself and trying to safe guard people in projects and hold that current projects even though if we dont get new ones . Hence people who r in bench are not safe!

Since I joined after a long time, it took me time to get an hold of my work and to do mylti-tasking as before. I felt bad when work was minimal. But now ..its MORE!!
